Creative and artistic programmes
Film dubbing – studio experience – 4–5 hours
Teams rewrite the dialogue of a well-known film scene into their own version – even one related to the company – and then record it with studio microphones over the projected footage. A technician helps each team with editing and sound effects, and at the end we watch the finished dubs together.
Hollywood film shoot – 4–6 hours
Screenwriter, director, camera operator, actor, make-up artist – everyone gets a role. Teams shoot their own short film set in a chosen era (for example retro or western) with costumes and props, then edit it and add sound. The programme ends with a screening and an awards ceremony decided by secret ballot.
Theatre sensation – London Globe atmosphere
Teams choose from more than ten eras and genres, write the script, create the set and costumes, and then stage their play. Company words and events must be worked into the story, and the productions receive awards in several categories.
Comic book heroes – creative comic adventure – 2 hours
The group invents a story together, then each team creates one part of it – the beginning, middle or end – on a large board using templates and hero figures. Teams may only coordinate at short, pre-set moments, and at the end they present the complete comic with live “dubbing”.
Masterpiece – monumental mosaic artwork
Each team paints one piece of a large picture, but only sees a small black-and-white detail of it, so the colours have to be worked out from a description. Team representatives meet from time to time to agree on sizes and fit, and the joint work is revealed at a festive unveiling. For those less keen on creating, an art quiz is also available.
Dance programme – joyful dancing together – 1.5–2.5 hours
Teams visit the “embassies” of different nations, where after playful tasks they learn the dance of that country. Led by costumed dance instructors, the programme ends with a joint performance and a carefree dance of joy.
Musical team building – 1–1.5 hours
Every participant receives a pre-tuned, colour-coded boomwhacker, and the conductor turns the group into an orchestra within minutes. It works for groups from a few dozen to several hundred people, with no musical experience needed.
Strategy and business simulations
Letter factory – tactics and strategy
Teams act as competing “factories”, producing paper letters and forming words from them. They buy tools with their starting capital, trade letters and negotiate with each other. It develops negotiation skills, efficiency and healthy competitive spirit.
Stock market champion – Wall Street atmosphere – 2–3 hours
Teams buy and sell shares, and the share prices are driven by their results at various skill stations. Before every round, decisions are made at the broker centre: buy, hold or sell.
Locomotive – railway design game
Traders, master builders and railway controllers: teams buy materials with their starting credits, build their own town on the model landscape and design a railway line that the model train can actually run along.
Transporter – logistics game – 2–3 hours
Packing, warehouse building, water, air (drone) and road transport: moving from station to station, teams gather information about a secret consignment. At the end they must pick the real parcel in the warehouse and deliver it to the client.
The 10 million game
A quiz game with real stakes: teams split their fortune between four possible answers, and the trapdoors of the wrong answers swallow the money placed on them. It's not just knowledge that counts, but risk management too.
Domino building – community strategy programme – 2–2.5 hours
Teams jointly design the domino picture and build it section by section, then connect the parts with limited communication. The highlight is pushing the first domino and watching the spectacular chain reaction.
Building and engineering challenges
LEGO bridge – a team spirit experience
Isolated teams each build one pillar of a shared bridge according to strict specifications. At the end the pieces are joined together, and a load test reveals how successful the cooperation was.
LEGO robot programming – 1.5–3 hours
An advanced version of the bridge building: a jointly programmed LEGO robot has to reach its goal across the bridge built by the teams. No programming knowledge is needed, as the parameters are easy to set.
Boat fleet – regatta experience – the race takes 2–2.5 hours
Teams build boats from cardboard and recycled materials following a blueprint, present their creations, and then the rowers take to the water to put the fleet to the test.
Car mania – soapbox derby – 2–2.5 hours
Cardboard, paper tubes and decorations: teams design and build their own car, then compete for speed and durability in a race with qualifying heats and a final.
Drone derby – 2–3 hours
Teams design and build obstacle courses, which are then linked into one large track. After a short drone-flying demonstration, a scored competition follows, with bonus points for spectacular manoeuvres.
Science, quizzes and puzzles
Experiment contest – 1–2 hours
Teams guess the outcome of each experiment, and after the demonstration it turns out who was right and why. Can be organised for groups from 5 people.
Science programme with spectacular experiments – 2 hours
At several experiment stations we demonstrate spectacular physical phenomena, and the teams first predict the result together. After the scientific background is explained, the answers are scored.
Buzzer quiz games – approx. 1.5 hours
A real game-show atmosphere with buzzers, light and sound signals. Questions are tailored to your event; popular themes include “Interesting world” and a retro quiz. For larger groups it can also be played with tablet voting.
Activity reinvented – approx. 2 hours
Drawing, miming and describing on a projected game board with a giant dice. Topics include gastronomy, humour, films and general knowledge – ideal as a relaxed evening programme.
Escape hotel room – 60 minutes
In an escape room set up in one of the hotel's rooms, every object hides something. Interlinked puzzles, codes and keys – you'll only get out through good communication and thinking together.
Crime scene investigation – detective team building – 2–2.5 hours
Fingerprint identification, camera footage analysis, graphology and ballistics: teams collect evidence at stations, then question the suspects together and unmask the culprit. Can be held indoors or outdoors.
Adventure and outdoor programmes
Laser combat – adrenaline-packed missions – 1–3 hours
A painless, paint-free laser combat game with a storyline, roles and missions (for example bomb transport or hostage rescue). It can be played outdoors or, in bad weather, indoors; recommended for groups of at least 15 people.
GPS tour – adventures in the Füred hills
Teams of 8–10 set off with GPS devices into the surrounding terrain, where stations with a spider web, a giant tangram, a blindfolded communication task and a trust ladder await them.
Globetrotter – cultural adventure contest – 2–3 hours
Every station is a country: costumed animators and national games – archery, lasso throwing, sirtaki, rice-grain sorting and much more. Teams collect visas in their passports, and the programme ends with a festive awards ceremony.
The Ewing oil mission
A Dallas-style themed programme: teams of 8–13 go through the ranch, farm and oilfield stations, earning Ewing shares for skill, building and sensory tasks. The finale is building the Ewing headquarters together.
Conquest – historical programme – 2–3 hours
After a humorous costumed opening, teams herd horses, go “hunting”, solve logic and memory tasks, and finally build the platform of the blood oath together. Here the goal is not winning, but shared success.
Against the clock – skills contest – 1–1.5 hours
Fast-paced one-minute tasks with everyday objects: building cup towers, blowing up balloons, stacking sweets with tweezers. The host chooses from nearly a hundred tasks, so every session is different.
Themed experience worlds
Gangster experience world – 2–3 hours
Off to 1920s America! Casino games (roulette, poker, dice), a betting office, target shooting and drink identification – with the tickets collected, players can win the trust of “Don G.” at bingo at the end. A selfie machine can be hired separately.
Fairy-tale castle experience
Participants arrive as members of noble families at a count's celebration, where a legendary cup is stolen. Teams investigate in the hidden corners of the hotel, meeting costumed characters, while training elements woven into the story strengthen communication and trust.
