The name Amiral comes from the world of sailing: it evokes the admiral who oversees the entire fleet — understanding the sea, the movements, the directions, and every detail. This mindset defines the concept of Amiral Restaurant as well: a gastronomic centre where abundance is not excess, but a carefully built system.

This is where gastronomy sets the course, and guests can fully trust the flow of the experience.

    From 7:00 a.m.

    The freshness and variety of the breakfast selection are designed to ensure a calm and pleasant start to the day. Freshly baked pastries, premium ingredients sourced from local producers, artisanal cheeses, homemade spreads, smoked specialties, and egg dishes prepared in the show kitchen all form part of the offering. Fresh fruits, salads, and light dishes bring clean, delicate flavors – as if even the morning air felt lighter.

     

  • In the evening, when the experience is complete

    In the evening, Amiral welcomes guests with a buffet dinner inspired by both international and local influences. The self-service format offers freedom, while the selection remains thoughtfully structured: cold and warm dishes, starters and salads, slow-roasted meats, dishes built around fresh fish fillets, and creative vegetarian compositions. The live-cooking station is the restaurant’s centre — turning the aroma of the grill and fresh plating into an interactive part of the experience.

    A napot bőséges büféreggelivel indíthatják vendégeink, ahol a nemzetközi és helyi ízek harmonikusan találkoznak.     Az esti órákban az Amiral Étterem nemzetközi és helyi inspirációkra épülő büfévacsora kínálattal várja vendégeit. Az önkiszolgáló rendszer szabadságot ad, miközben a választék tudatosan strukturált: hideg és meleg előételek, friss saláták, lassan sült húsok, halfélék és kreatív vegetáriánus fogások váltják egymást.

    A látványkonyha az étterem szíve – a frissen készülő fogások illata és a látványos tálalás az estét valódi eseménnyé teszi.

    Az Amiral Étterem a Tagore sétány felől is megközelíthető, így külsős vendégeinket is szeretettel várjuk reggelire és vacsorára.

    Nyitvatartás: minden nap 18:00–22:00 között, 2 órás időintervallumban
    Asztalfoglalás nem szükséges.
